I have to admit I miss working out so much... it’s been nine days since I last properly worked out and it won’t be until June 4th that I can start working out again. To be honest, ever since Ramadan started I lost quite a bit of weight due to the small amount that I am able to eat and I’m already underweight to begin with, so I don’t think it would be a great idea to work out while already in a calorie deficit, otherwise I’d lose even more weight.
But I honestly feel so sluggish and deprived of movement, I crave exercise so much!!! (Genuinely never thought I would ever say it and mean it!) 😔 you guys... please do one extra jump squat for me and think of me!!!!
