I’ve been working out on my own for months and have lost some weight but hit a plateau recently that I’m trying to push through. (I am on a low calorie eating plan too but nothing too severe). Which program would you guys recommend? I purchased the ‘Burn’ plan but maybe should have gone with another? Advise would be so appreciated!!
