hope you all have a great start to the week.
I am undecided regarding my workout today and need your opinion.
I'm on my second day of Abs2. Today a upper bods strength is scheduled.
I normally pair that with another workout or activity. My orginal thought was to go for a run.
But now there's this cool new workout video with Daniel which I really want to try.
So what do I do - running or the new video?
Which of the two has the better effect when it comes to toninig and losing the very last bit of bellyfat?
I'm looking forward to hearing what you all think.
