After long time I am here, so many new names along with familiar old names. I hope that all of you are doing great.
I finally had my right thyroid removed last Monday. Yesterday my doctor called with the greatest news I could ask for. The 5 cm tumor is benign, no sign of cancer! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
It’s been really some stressful months for me and my husband. At some point I went deep into depression. But with this great news I am hoping everything would turn around.
I am still with bandage, recovering. It would be at least another couple of weeks before I can kickstart full intensity workouts. I already started walking around and increasing it everyday. Can’t wait to get back to my power blocks. Thinking to start with fbStrong.
