So, I’m on day 4 of Fitness Blenders calendar meal plan, and I thought today I finally found a meal that wasn’t going to fill me up. Tonight’s dinner called for a 1/2 of whole wheat noodles. I’m talking to my fiancé, and telling him I can put that down no problem, and I’m still going to be hungry. This dinner turned out to be so delicious and filling, that I couldn’t even finish it! It has beans, cherry tomatoes, tons of spinach, feta cheese, lemon and broccoli. I’m so happy with my choice to start the meal plan, and I’m excited to see the recipes to come. And not to mention not having to think about what I’m cooking everyday! Don’t mind my fine china in the picture 🤫😉
