Finished up FB Flex today! It was the first time I’ve done this one and I’m super impressed with the results. I’m super unbalanced in strength between lower and upper body strength. This program definitely built strength and toned my upper body.
I’ve seriously missed cardio though, so I’m starting FB 30 tomorrow.🥳🥳🥳
