I'm going to try and keep my backstory short:
In 2013 I started a weight loss journey in which I lost about 65lbs on 2 years.
In the beginning of 2015 I got pregnant.
I went undiagnosed with a thyroid issue that cause me to gain 45lbs during my pregnancy, and another 45lbs after I gave birth.
At my highest weight I was 260lbs.
At the end of 2017 I was finally healed🙌 and was able to lose weight again.
So for the past year and a half(almost) I've been working out and trying to watch what I eat/how many calories I consume.
This brings me to today and the issue I'm having...I have only lost about 35lbs. However I have gone down about 3.5 pant sizes.
But I feel like with the workouts I'm doing I should be losing a lot faster.
I stick to HIIT and strength training. Normally doing 30minute workouts 5 days a week. With 3 HIIT and 3 Strength workouts each week.
Any theories as to why I'm not seeing as much progress as I feel like I should be?!
