* Forward Lunge & Reverse Leg Lift + Tricep Kickback needs changed to Alt. Forward Lunge w/ Hammer Curl + Shoulder Press w/ Reverse Leg Lift.
* Fly + Bentover Ventral Raise should be Bentover Reverse Fly w/ Step Back + Bentover Ventral Raise.
* Pullover + Chest Fly Bridge this one didn't have the pullover in the exercise just the Chest Fly with Bridge.
Makes it hard to prepare my day in advance when the printable is off.
