I've done the 30-day no added sugar challenge a few times, and although they helped me with my bad relationship with added sugar, I'm still not happy with the current situation. That is why I decided to start a longer, 90-day version of the original challenge now, after consuming enough sugar for the next three months during Easter. :)
The rules are very simple:
- no sweets, soda, sweetened coffee or anything that contains added sugar (it can even be found in certain types of savory processed food)
- no sweeteners at all other than fruits used as a sweetener.
I'm starting this challenge tomorrow (04/26) and planning to check in at least once a week, so if you would like to go sugar-free for the next 90 days (or even just a month or a week) please feel free to join me any time. :)
Have a nice day, and if you also take part in the challenge, good luck!
