Workout complete. My legs are sore from yesterday, I was on a roof for a while at work and I think I'm feeling it from that as much as the strength training. Cardio kickboxing today which is one of my favorites.
Also I just signed up for a 6k to raise money for water in developing countries, on May 4th, guess I better start running again.
