I was thinking of swaping Day 25 (Recovery day) and Day 26 (1000 calorie workout) of FB Fit because :
- I won't be able to work out on tuesday which is day 26.
- I have a work-free day tomorrow which gives me plenty of time to complete the 1000 calorie workout whereas I wouldn't have enough time on a regular work day.
Plus today's workout was HIIT+abs but I didn't feel it very much (I don't think my heart rate went over 150bpm when I easily reach 160/170bpm on HIIT workouts).
It seems okay to me to swap the two days but I'd like to have your opinion !
