I just finished abs round 2, it was a lot of fun. I unfortunately did not see much (if any) stomach definition, but my ab and especially lower back strength has improved drastically!
Now I'm in need of a new program/schedule. Because of testing season coming up, I don't want anything that's too much of a time commitment. Should I try booty?
