Decadent Midnight Snack

Totally going against the "rules" for not eating late in the day, but when #chefinthemaking comes home from working a special event, says she's been thinking about a dish, and immediately starts to cook "dinner" at about midnight, you don't argue.

You just open a nice bottle of red wine and enjoy. NY strip steak with chimichurri sauce (parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, fresh red chili, salt, and pepper), and roasted Brussels sprouts (sprinkled with balsamic vinegar).⁣

Talk about a decadent midnight snack. Will definitely "help" power through FB Strong later today, right? Right.

P.S. We don't eat much red meat at all these days, but when we do...
