How did you tuesday go? Or how is your wednesday going? :)
I am so excited so to the point:
My boyfriend wants to give me a FBprogram as a gift! :D He knows I loveeeee FB and I have been wanting to get one for a long time but because I don't have a job yet and other things, well, it wasn't a priority.
But, today, he was like "I want to give you a program!" and I was like "AAAAAAHHH". Hahahaha!
So the search began and I haven't been able to decide!
Can someone, please, help meeee!!??
So, I was between Burn or Sweat, but then, I saw Fit, and I just don't know!!! Hahaha!
I want a program with all the training types: HIIT, Cardio, Strength, Pilates, etc. No one of them more than the other but one that balanced them all! working out a lot and, because I don't have a job yet, I have time :) So, I want to make the best of it before life gets crazier! :P
I also would like the workouts to be 40 minutes or longer. I enjoy
My goal is to lose some weight and tone up but, firstly, continue my healthy journey and lifestyle :)
