HKS Accountability Group April 9

Good morning!

Day 3 for FB30 complete! I think I did this one before in the Low Impact videos (the 5day challenge for busy people, video #1) - I remember this video really crushed me, but I also remember I twinged my knee trying it the first time. This time, I was much smarter, lol. No twinges, I upped my weights from last time, too. Totally dead!

Tonight, the weather is looking like it might be bad, so I built an hour of workouts for mum and I to do, just in case it doesn't hold up. Normally I'd do Reach with her, but today's routine was 80% on the back and she gets spinny and sick, so I built a nice combo of cardio workouts and a stretch to make up something equivalent to our walks.
