The past couple of days I have done strength workouts with descending reps. They have really helped me lift heavier and on the '6 rep' rounds I have lifted my heaviest weights ever! I would really recommend them to anyone wanting to push themselves in terms of how much they lift.
Humble brag but... I feel so strong and confident, it's awesome!
I never would have thought I would enjoy strength training as much as I do. The usual myth of women getting bulky really put me off, but as Kelli says 'strong is awesome!'
Realising I am stronger than I thought!
