Good morning all! Hope you are well. Popping into share a glimpse of an inspiring hike I took this weekend. It is a trail in the Grand Canyon that leads to a place called Ooh Aah Point, which is so appropriately named!!
I am one workout and a PFT away from completing FB Low Impact, and I was blown away by how much easier it was to hike up and out of the Grand Canyon that would've been possible even a month ago.
My goal for April is to eat real food. That's it. I struggle with this not because I don't love real food, but there are so many processed junk temptations all around! I will gove myself a little slack on occasion, but my goal is to be as close to 100%as possible! For breakfast I had baked steel cut oats with blueberries, dates, and almond butter - delicious!
