Bye March, Aloha April! (+ first time completing a program)
Again, definitely not the best workout frequency in town, but better than my February workouts (4 times) AND better than previous years (zero workouts).
And another milestone: I finished FB Low Impact for the first time!! 😱 I started in second week of January and did the last PFT today on April 1st, so it “only” took me around 11 weeks, LOL. My PFT results actually show improvement (albeit very little), but beyond that I’m glad I’m starting to get myself into a better fitness habit.
I’m going to chill and reward myself with Kelli’s most recent Low Impact workout tomorrow 😀 and after that I want to try the free 5-day workout for busy people, then afterwards do FB Low Impact again, aiming to do it with better discipline and frequency.
