Finally, I can join the stream of monthly check-ins with a proud perfect March.
This is to prove to my past self that it is possible to spend a part of the day for keeping fit everyday. Those ticks are for workouts with first time Level 4 attempts, HIIT exercises done with jumps that were impossible for my body last month, modified workouts for the down-days and weekends spent stretching. I have come to make it a habit to workout first thing in the morning and stretch before bed.
This is all thanks to the wonderful fitness blender couple K&D and the extremely positive community I have found here.
