How to program workouts and swim + questions

Hi everyone!

I purchased a 30-day program and on my calendar I have 5 days of workout + 1 of stretching + 1 of rest. As I get easily bored from working out everyday, I also like to go swimming for about an hour twice or three times a week.

I would like to know if I should be working out everyday + swimming, or if I should just replace swimming on some workout days? In case of the 2nd option, should I be continuing the day that got replaced by the swimming or should I just follow what's on the actual day?

For example:

Option a: Day 1, Day 2, Swimming, Day 3, Day 4

Option b: Day 1, Day 2, Swimming, Day 4, Day 5

Option c: Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 + Swimming, Day 4, Day 5

Also, another question. Whenver I go to swim, I easily get hypoglycemia if I make a little more effort than the usual. 1h30 before swimming I eat complex carbs and protein, but I still get into this situation. I'm someone who doesn't go out much and I'm very sedentary, but I still like to swim and I wanna stick religiously to these workouts. What tips do you have or what do you recommend me to do?
