When you think nothing has changed.

I’ve been up and down for months. Nay, years! In the last three weeks I’ve been very consistent in my diet and consistent over the last month in working out. No dairy, added sugar, or meat.

I have been discouraged bc I swore I looked the same, even though I FEEL different. Physically. My clothes, etc.

Did this comparison at the most unflattering posture, and there is indeed a change! My eyes refuse to believe I’m putting in work.
