I'm on week 4 of the meal plan and it's been so great so far!
Very few meals were too bland. The breakfasts and lunches are my favorite part. I've learned some very healthy ideas that I'll continue to make for my work week in place of my boring less healthy options prior to.
I've lost some weight but more importantly I've gained so much energy. Sustainable energy.
