I haven´t checked in in a while but have done almost all of the LI workouts. I missed one leg day but for that I went up a mountain in the snow, I think that counts ^^
And today after being still extremely sore from day 19 (Lower Body) I switched today´s Total Body (Day 22) for last week´s day 16 Upper Body routine.
Now I´m not sure if I want/should do the total body tomorrow or just skip that one and go ahead with the recovery cardio??... cause now my arms are talking to me ^^
Side note: I lifted heavier than last time doing this upper body routine and there was only one week between - yay to that!!
I have to say I´m really glad I did LI again, I feel so much stronger already! Now I hope to see some visible changes as well when I take measurements and pics on Friday.
Who else did LI with Kelli and how did go for you?
