I was doing my workout for the FB Low Impact program today and the workout was one from 2014. I lifted more weight than 2014 Kelli, for 2 different exercises, TODAY! That was a serious boost. I'll let that boost carry me through my last week (#4), of the program next week!
I just wanted to check in real quick to tell you guys - otherwise I'm on a minimal internet day haha - by the way, do you guys ever do that? If you don't, you should ;)
