Ugh- PMS during a meal plan. (sorry gentlemen- this one's for the ladies)

I'm expecting my period tomorrow. I feel the typical symptoms today. I'm tired, irritable, and craving comfort food.

The good news- I did not feel symptoms until today. Before I would feel crappy for up to a week prior to my period. I can only attribute this change to my diet.

The better news- I haven't cheated much. I had more peanut butter than I was supposed to. And some popcorn and a few grapes. I'm hoping to make it to bedtime without having any more.

This part is hard. I want to keep seeing progress and not setbacks since it's only been two weeks and I'm doing so good.
