I’ve been working out with FB for around 4 years now and I just wanted to reflect on and celebrate my progress! I feel stronger, I have more energy and my mental health has improved. One of the most important things I have learned through FB as well has been to not focus on appearance but health and to appreciate myself at any weight and just do the best that I can. I am so thankful.
