It was my first time doing a 1000 calorie workout and I have to say that I felt so strong the whole time! I thought I was going to be tired and have to modify most of the HIIT moves, but to my surprise I did not! I am very sore today. I had a workout scheduled, but I'm think I might just do some yoga and pilates today. Do you guys always take a rest day after these workouts or do you do something else?
