Hi FitnessBlender family! Just wanted to share another pic of me with baby~ ☺️ and that I completed week 2 of low impact!
I couldn’t stay away from weighing myself. I never had before, but it’s become a habit since I had to weigh myself all the time when I was pregnant. My weight hasn’t changed, which makes sense...haven’t been eating clean, but I’m focusing on the progress I have made. I already feel stronger and more flexible than I did when I began the program. Looking forward to more progress!
Also...on a side note, carrying around a 6kg baby (about 13 lbs) really does a number on your lower back. Any advice from other mommies out there?
