I'm currently looking for a healthier alternative for soy sauce. I thought I found a good alternative. It's called Bragg's Liquid Aminos but the sodium is 390mg and the serving size is only 1 tsp. I thought the serving size was tbsp. I've been using it to cook my tofu and I didn't look at the serving size and haven't been measuring it.
So I've been consuming way too much sodium for the past few days that I would cook the tofu and that's why I gained a little bit of fat in my stomach.
I wouldn't feel good after I ate the tofu too.
Are there any alternatives that you guys use that the serving size isn't so small and doesn't have so much sodium?
