Anyone else use some extra equipment in their FB workouts?
Lately, I have been adding in a hip circle for some squats and lateral jumps just to change things up a little. I also sometimes use slides for some moves like mountain climbers or reverse lunges.
Anyone else use some extras like this in your workouts? If so, what do you use?
