I just went to a personal trainer for my first training today. I wanted to have my form checked to make sure I do all the excercises correctly and safely. So my sessions focus on the different lifts I want to do correctly, because I want to lift heavy without worries. (I've had injuries before so extra careful) He was already kinda impressed about how frequent I workout when I mentioned it. But when we were working out, he mentioned how my form was already really good and that my breathing pattern is great! At that moment I could only think about all those times K&D told me to breath.
After mentioning FB, he told me to continue doing the video's. He only gave me a split I need to follow but I can use it with Fitnessblender video's. I'm so pumped and ready to start even heavier. I might even treat myself to some #workoutcomplete gear to rep the Fitnessblender community while training!
