Good morning! I have completed Burn and Burn 2. I enjoyed them but they have more HIIT than I prefer. I am interested in Strong but am worried about the lack of cardio (HIIT or other cardio). The description says it is 90% strength. To those who have completed Strong, did you miss cardio? Do you feel your cardio endurance suffered at all? Were you able to add cardio to the shorter workout days?
