I have completed 2 rounds of FB Bored Easily and have honestly loved every minute. I have lost 8.5 lbs and a total of almost 12 inches; 2 inches off both arms, 1 inch off waist, 1 in off both thighs, 2 inches off chest, .5 inch off calves and 1.5 inch off hips.
I am most unhappy with my hips and legs. After my 4th pregnancy 1 year ago my thighs just seem to hold the pregnancy weight and the jiggles. I am debating whether to stick with Bored Easily program or try Booty. I know you can't spot reduce but does the Booty/thigh program incorporate cardio and HIIT for overall fat reduction too?
