Had another great day of nature conservation work today. Even learned a new name for it: Habitat Management.... I just loooove that term 😜! We started off in the rain, so I got very wet and cold, but standing by the fire at lunchtime warmed me up nicely (you can’t see the steam coming off my pants in the pic...)! A lot of sawing of horrible, but at the same time beautiful gorse left my wrists and fingers pretty achy.
I had rescheduled FB Reach the last two days already, as I am not enjoying it, but decided to do it today. It was a low impact hiit as well as a posture workout. That last one felt great on my tired upper body!!!
A little while ago I scheduled FB Reach and FB Strong, but found I am forever rescheduling Strong and not enjoying Reach ( a bit too much pilates for my liking), so.....I have removed both from my calendar. But arranging things for myself is not my thing, so I have decided to do the Low Impact programme with Kelli. I have enjoyed this in the past and will see how I manage that. I will probably reschedule a lot because of my “habitat management” days and Roamblender, but I might as well give it a try.
