Just finished FB Abs Round 1, and now I’m sitting in the sunshine feeling great about it!
I started it last summer, but had to quit halfway through due to knee pain. I came back with FB Low Impact, followed by FB Strong, and then Low Impact again with my husband. I’ve definitely noticed an increase in my abdominal strength, and this time I did most of the extra credit workouts, whereas before I didn’t feel like I had the abdominal strength and endurance to be able to!
Going to take about a week off now with nothing more intense than a walk or some stretching. Think I’ll do FB Booty again after that!
