Today I finished my second program, FB Strong! I did FB Sweat before this program. I didn't complete it in exactly 4 weeks. I went 4 or 5 days over due to traveling home for a family emergency, which set me back a day, and then some moderate lower back pain at the beginning of the last week that kept me from strength training for a few days.
But today I did the last workout and finally got to check off "workout complete" for the program.
I LOVED this program. As someone who always preferred cardio to strength training I was skeptical that I would enjoy it. However, I wanted to give my knees a few weeks break from all the HIIT I has previously been doing, so I figured why not? I'm so glad I did. I don't weigh myself, so can't speak to weight lost (or not), but I am definitely stronger now. I feel more in control of the motions, can lift a little heavier for most exercises (lateral and ventral raises are still pretty much the same, but those are so hard anyway!) and just overall feel more fit. I've also been told that I look stronger. My family hadn't seen me in a few months and everyone mentioned how fit and healthy I looked.
I'm going to freestyle for a week to get in some of my favorites and then I'm either going to do FB Fit or Abs.
