Hi guys! I’ve been sick with the flu for the past week and am starting to feel a bit better so wanted to get back into working out. I am meant to be doing a 12 week program but have obviously been set back. Therefore, while I’m still a bit under the weather I was wondering if you guys could recommend some good low impact workouts to ease me back in! Thanks!
