How are you this fine Monday? Did you kick start the week in a good way? I hope so!
I had such a great breakfast, it felt like eating dessert: I spread apricot jam on a few slices of bread (remember the fresh batch from yesterday?) and THEN added ricotta and diced kiwi on top *.* Believe me, it tasted like cheesecake :D
Lunch was cous cous with steamed broccoli, carrots, celery, onions and cheese. I'm having cous cous a lot these days, because it's so easy and quick - totally recommended if you're tight on time! For dinner I'm having baked fish and veggies (again food for busy people!).
