I recently did 2 rounds of one of the FB 30-Min Workout Programs and LOVED it!
Now it's time to get focused: my wedding is in 3 months and I want to lose ~10 pounds.
More importantly, I want to tone my upper body, upper back, and upper arms - my dress has spaghetti straps and the current situation is NOT looking good :)
Any advice on the best programs for overall fitness & weight loss - while seriously toning & sculpting my upper arms? Thanks!
