It’s been maybe a year or two since #fitnessblender came into my life. I stumbled on them by accident and it was a snowball from there. I just completed my 3rd or 4th program with them so I did some reflecting. I’m incredibly happy with where I am. I don’t worry too much about my scale’s number, (It hasn’t gone down at all!) I work out 5-6 days a week and lift heavy! My metabolism has slowed (thanks 30!) so I’m still working on my intake of calories. Mostly, I’m feeling healthy and strong. I pulled a couple of photos of long before my Fitness Blender adventure and from today’s gym fun. I credit my success to FB’s healthy message and slow but steady changes they’ve lead me to! Love this website!
