Today was okay in terms of eating and stress. I had fun going to Target with my mom. I bought a mini waffle maker and can’t wait to try recipes! You can even make grilled cheese! But I am so sick of thinking about food. Like should I eat this or not, how many calories is this, should I eat more. It’s very annoying. Also had really bad stomach pain.
Breakfast: Two waffles with a banana, maple syrup, and chocolate almond milk.
Lunch: Twi pieces of toast with jam. An apple, goldfish, and chocolate corvered berries.
Dinner: chic pea pasta with sauce, 3 vegan meatballs, and red peppers.
