Let's talk about food: lunch was cous cous and vegetables, a leefy greens salad and an impromptu dessert I made with cinnamon-sprinkled ricotta and cocoa lady's fingers *.* You know, when the chocolate cravings start, it's better to get ahead of them :)
Speaking of cravings, I thought I'd share this article I found that explains how cravings are actually the way our body is "requesting" a certain nutrient, or vitamin, or mineral. There's a list of what foods to eat when we crave something: it's really helpful!
Oh, and I forgot dinner, right? I have vague plans of baking fish and vegetables, maybe I'll add an apple-cinnamon brew to warm myself. All this sudden cold is too much cold for my tastes... It's snowing right now :D
