I'm curious to know if anybody wears a weighted vest in their workouts? I am tempted to get one but first I wanted some input from you guys first :)
Would you say they are worth it? What kind of training/ exercises do you use it in? Has it increased your proformance over time? Any recommendations for a starting weight?
