How is your week going? Are you working out or resting? Eating clean or indulging? Unfortunately, I'm still healing from an injury, so no #WorkoutCompletes for me these days. But, I got another #HealthyDayComplete yesterday, and today I will, too :D
For lunch I had cous cous tabuleh with veggies (tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower), a lettuce and radicchio salad, and toasted bread with stracchino, which is a creamy, delicious cheese perfect to spread on slices of bread *.* Dinner will be baked fish with herbs, leefy greens salad with apples and walnuts, and some bread. Oh, and I'm having another piece of my aunt's cake for snack (I might add some plain yoghurt sprinkled with cinnamon for proteins).
