Today was a good day overall. Expect for some stomach pain and general discomfort and bloating. Eating today went really well and I followed my plan.
Breakfast: protein shake made with almond milk, protein Powder (chocolate), and peanut butter. Oatmeal with raisins and cinnamon.
Lunch: Coconut Yogurt with trail mix, an apple, cashews, goldfish, and a vegan chocolate chip cookie
Snack: A banana
For dinner I’m planning on having: Vegan Chicken Nuggets, brown rice, and mixed vegetables with a homaemade Asian dressing.
Then possibly a night time snack after my night class if I’m hungry. ( I had chocolate covered pretzels.)
Stress wise it only came from school as I’m struggling to find research about midwives in the UK after WW2 and why they disappeared from home births.
