Hi guys! I'm Deniz and 31 years old female. I've started to exercise with Fitness Blender late October. As a true beginner, I mean really really beginner, I've purchased FB Low Impact program. I've finished it once, then I had to pause before the last week of the second time, finally I started again. Now, I'm about to finish this program about third time.
Although I really like it, I feel bored and want to change my routine but I'm a little bit confused. Which program should I purchase?
I feel stronger of course, but -there is a huge but- I don't feel strong enough for having HIIT regularly. I can't handle even watching it lol! I'm not a big fan of even regular cardio workouts. Still I know HIIT is really effective for losing fat, it means I'll do them eventually, but is it the right time? Should I purchase FB30 and push myself in moderation? Low impact versions first, longer breaks, more pause etc...
Or should I stick what I like to do? I love strength training! Should I purchase FBStrong and become more stronger and then give a chance for HIIT?
I'm really looking forward for your advices. Thanks!
FB30 or FBStrong after FBLowImpact?
