Finally completed my first post partum programme - bodyweight round one! I’ve lost a stone in weight, but the best part is I really struggled with some of the higher impact stuff at first but now feel my fitness levels coming back! Not quite where I was before pregnancy but I’m getting there! Now doing the 5 day strong and lean challenge and introducing weights again. Then next week shall start the bored easily programme. Feeling great!! Also just thought I would include a picture of my little one who turned 2 months old this week!!
