While I let my shoulder heal, I've been taking a break from upper body workouts and focusing on HIIT and lower body. Last night I had a little extra time so I decided to tackle this one...

Holy crap. I thought I was going to die multiple times during this routine. By the time I was done, my heart was beating out of my chest. Putting star jumps at the end was laughably cruel too.
