Health and fitness should be accessible to everyone

Health and fitness shoud be accessible to everyone.

That vision of Fitness blender really stuck to me. I always believed in them with this quote and I think I also saw from one of their introductory videos suggesting to be "creative".

And so I started my journey with: just 3 pairs of low impact sports bra (only $3 each), my daughters worn play mat, water bottles, pairs of 4 lbs, 8 lbs and a 10 lbs kettle bell, a recyclable market bag (where I add all of the necessary amount of dumbbells to add more weight for my strength training: ie pairs of 8lbs plus my 10 lbs kettle bell in the bag for dead lift). My pair of shoes isn't even a known brand, bought it for $29 on sale, just right for HIIT, my pair of shorts are hand-me-down from my mom (it's even older than me).

In the past few years, as I have demanded myself for more "me" time (which means more workout complete) I have added a few more sports bras, never really going $5, just one expensive pair of legh8ngs (which btw is a gift), additional second hand weights.

The last time I stepped in to a gym was some 5 years back, and would only last for 2 to 3 months, never really worked out. I'm consistently following Fitness Blender for 2 years now. I may not have fancy nice gym clothes, I never got pressured into buying expensive shoes. What I have invested was a time for my self to be fit and healthy with FB without the extravagance. I sometimes select and do my own workout, but when I'm feeling lazy, I go back to my the programs. FB programs are my "happy purchase". I think with K and D's passion for what they do, with no ads, purchasing their program is the only way for me to give back.

May be someday I'll splurge on those workout complete apparels... Hmm. Hopefully, when on sale.

How bout you, guys? What's your most creative way of doing your workout? How did you start your journey with FB?
