I finally decided in December to really try hard to work out (4-5x a week) and eat healthier consistently. The eating really took a big turn at the end of last year and I decided to aim for three nutritious meals per day and try to take a balanced approach toward eating. I'm wondering I'm being unrealistic, but i just feel my weight loss is very slow. I can't see any physical changes to my body. My clothes aren't getting looser despite losing about 7 pounds. I've completed both FB Abs programs and now I just started FB Burn Round 1. I'm proud of my strength and endurance gains, but I have to be honest that I want to see some physical changes to my body! Any advice? Words of wisdom? What has your journey been like?
